Eric Belliveau, 74, of Foyer Hébert, Buctouche, and formerly of Pré-d'en-Haut, died Wednesday at the residence.
Born in Belliveau Village, he was a son of the late Antoine and Emilie Belliveau. He attended Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut and was a member of Pré-d'en-Haut Golden Age Club.
His wife, the former Clémence Goguen, died in January, 1988. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Gildo Plourde (Dorine) of Edmundston and Mrs. Ernest Melanson (Jeannita) of Irishtown; a son, Jean-Paul of Moncton; a sister, Mrs. Willie Gautreau (Juliette) of Pré-d'en-Haut; five grandchildren, and several nieces and ne-phews.
The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at Notre Dame de 1'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
